Welcome to my webpage. I am a Professor of Finance at Durham University. My research interests lie in applied microeconomics with a focus on financial intermediation. My research has been published in the Review of Financial Studies, Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, and the Journal of Financial Intermediation and I have received approximately £600,000 of research grant funding from the ESRC, Leverhulme Trust and British Academy.
